Louisville native Cynthia Benedict is a seasoned healthcare professional,
currently applying her talents as a marketer of pediatric services at Norton
Healthcare. Previously, Cynthia, who has a BA in health sciences from
Spalding University, worked as a phlebotomist for a decade. At Norton
Healthcare, Cynthia also volunteers as a member of the African American
Employee Resource Group.
Outside of Norton Healthcare, Cynthia is involved in the betterment of our
community as the owner of Pathways to Success, a nonprofit organization
dedicated to preparing young African American girls for careers in the
medical field. Cynthia says she “has a deep passion for these young ladies.”
Cynthia, a member of Bates Memorial Baptist Church, is married to Ronald
Benedict and is the mother of two young adult children: Jamie, 23, a senior
at Indiana University Southeast, and Jaela, 19, a freshmen at the University
of Toledo. Both Jamie and Jaela play on the basketball teams of their
Tiffany M. Burgess was raised in Louisville KY but born in Atlanta Ga. Tiffany is a master’s prepared occupational therapist from Spalding University and has additional degrees in Health Sciences. She has extensive experience in (and certifications where applicable) in a number of clinical and administrative areas including Functional Limitation and Outcome Measurement Compliance Certification and Dementia Management. Her career focus areas have included Functional Living Skills,Hand Therapy, Orthopedic and Neurologic Rehabilitation and Work Ergonomics. Tiffany is a member of Burnett Avenue Baptist Church in Louisville KY. Tiffany true passion is inspiring kids to dream beyond their current environment. “God will order you steps no matter where you are if you let him”.
Kimberly Gantt is an accomplished accounting professional with over 15 years of
accounting/treasury experience. She lives in Louisville, KY, where she leads an accounting
department at an assisted living corporation. She is a graduate of the University of Louisville
where she earned her Bachelor of Science Bachelor of Arts in Accounting. She also studied
Organizational Leadership and Management, at Webster University, earning her Master of
Business in Administration. Kimberly has a passion for process improvements and making
treasury/accounting functions more efficient through automation. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteering at her son’s school where she serves on the audit committee for the PTSA. Kimberly is excited and committed to Pathways. She has a passion for helping others find their place in whatever lane or area of interest they have. Pathways is the perfect mentoring opportunity because she can help young women who look like her, see their success and envision their future through her and other professional mentors of the program.
